Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

2. Petitioners' grievance is that they had filed an appeal R.A.No.8790 of 2013 before the 3rd respondent and that the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders in the said appeal.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said appeal and dispose it of within three

(03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the said appeal and dispose it of within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
