THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28998 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Endowments (Telangana). When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted representations, dated 14.03.2016 and 22.04.2016, to the respondents but no action has been taken so far. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the said representations, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, would be verified and appropriate action would be taken in accordance with law.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the representations, dated 14.03.2016 and 22.04.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
