THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.18643 OF 2011 DATED: 22.06.2015 Between:

Karnati Bulliyya .. Petitioner And The State SHO, Tadikonda PS, Tadikonda Mandal, Guntur District, and others.

.. Respondents THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.18643 of 2011 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was as to the alleged inaction of the police authorities in providing aid to him for protecting his possession and enjoyment over a certain property which was stated to be the subject matter of O.S.No.138 of 2009 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, wherein a temporary injunction order had been passed in his favour. Admittedly, there was no direction by the competent civil court to the police authorities to provide any protection to the petitioner for securing compliance with the injunction order. In that view of the matter, the petitioner cannot complain of inaction on the part of the police authorities. It is not as if the police authorities are required to routinely provide aid for securing compliance with the temporary injunction orders granted by the competent civil courts. Separate machinery is provided for violation of such temporary injunction orders and police protection cannot be sought as a matter of course. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the

petitioner to approach the competent court for protection and relief in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
