THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 8249 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 441 of 2013 on the file of Malkajgiri Police Station, Cyberabad. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet on 27.02.2014 before the Court of the X Metropolitan Magistrate at Malkajgiri and the same was numbered as P.R.C. No. 13 of 2015. It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for committal to the Court of Sessions on 01.06.2015. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioners under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
