When the matter is called, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the explanation/representation made by the petitioner has already been considered by the respondent- authorities.

Taking into consideration the afore said submission, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
