____________ LK,J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This Application is filed seeking bail by suspending the sentence imposed in S.C.No. 78 of 2016, dated 18.03.2021 on the file of the Court of the Fast Special Court for Expeditious Trial and Disposal of Rape and POCSO Act Cases, Sanga Reddy.

This Court, by a detailed order dated 06.09.2021, taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, dismissed I.A. No.1 of 2021. Now the ground on which bail sought is that the petitioner is having two children and his wife is not able to manage them and they are facing financial hardship. The contentions which were already dealt with by this Court by order dated 06.09.2021 are reiterated. In view of the findings recorded in the earlier I.A. and the findings of the Court below, this Court finds no reason to suspend the sentence and grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the I.A. is dismissed.
