THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN CONTEMPT CASE No.1231 of 2014 ORDER:

The respondent-contemnors are present in Court today. It is brought to my notice that W.P.No.3230 of 2014 itself was finally disposed of by order dated 21.02.2014 and the Miscellaneous Petitions were disposed of as infructuous.

As the present Contempt Case arises out of an interim order and, as the Writ Petition has itself been finally disposed of, violation of the final order, if any, cannot be examined in the present Contempt Case.

Leaving it open to the petitioner, if they so choose, to initiate Contempt proceedings for violation of the final order, the present Contempt Case is closed.
