THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1409 OF 2011 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the investigation in Crime No.331 of 2010 on the file of the Station House Officer, Mahankali Police Station, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-accused No.1 represented that after investigating into the crime, the police, having found the allegations to be false, have filed a final report closing the above said crime.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are required in this Criminal Petition.
