This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing the revision petition in CCLA's Ref.No.BCW3/203/2014 filed by the petitioner against the order dated 07.07.2014 passed by the 3rd respondent in Rc.E2/3773/2013, as illegal.
Heard both sides.
Since it is stated that the revision filed by the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner in CCLA's Ref.No.BCW3/203/2014, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
