HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO. 8511 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"to issue a Writ, order or Orders more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 6 are not considering the representation of the petitioner Dt. 15.10.2016 and legal notices Dt. 18.8.2014 and 10.3.2016 of the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to consider and pass appropriate order to the representation Dt. 15.10.2016 and legal notices dated 18.8.2014 and 10.3.2016 of the petitioner, and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case forthwith."

2. Heard Sri Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on the representation dated 15.10.2016 submitted by the petitioner to the Joint Collector, Chittoor, Chittoor District, no action has been taken so far. It is requested by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the said representation may be directed to

be disposed of by the Joint Collector, Chittoor, by fixing some time frame.

4. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the said representation will be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, directing the 4th respondent herein, to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 15.10.2016 submitted by the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed. No order as to costs. ____________________________ JUSTICE A.V.
