Challenging the action of the 2nd & 3rd respondents in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.12.2016, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions, submits that the complaint made by the petitioner was registered as a case in Cr.No.22 of 2017 on the file of Guduru Police Station and investigation is in progress. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
