THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.152 OF 2018 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order, dated 18.12.2017, passed in I.A.No.1036 of 2017 in O.S.No.665 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the VIII Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. 3.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
