THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.32324 OF 2017 DATED : 22.09.2017 Between :

Nandamuri Sudha W/o.Mohana Venkata Lakshman Rao, Aged about 46 yrs, R/o.1-23A, Nimmakuru Village, Pamarru Mandal, Krishna District, A.P. & another.

..

Petitioners And The State of A.P., rep., by its Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Secretariat, Velagapudi, Amaravathi, Guntur District & others.

.. Respondents This court made the following :

- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.32324 OF 2017 ORDER :

Heard.

2.

Petitioners are challenging the notice issued on 27.06.2017 by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gudivada, in response to the application/representation made by the unofficial respondent who seems to have been having grievance regarding entry of names in the revenue records and issuance of pattedar pass book. 3.

Since it is only a notice issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, it is always open to the petitioners to raise all objections as available in law, including the contention now sought to be urged that a representation cannot be treated as an appeal and that there is inordinate delay in making such claim etc. 4.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioners to raise all objections, as available in law, the Writ Petition is disposed of. It is needless to observe that if such objections are filed in time, the appellate authority shall consider the same objectively before taking the decision. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
