HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION NOS. 1352 & 1383 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:

Having heard the learned counsel for petitioner, the following order is passed at the admission stage.

For the reasons submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner, these two Civil Revision Petitions are allowed and the impugned order dated 4.3.2015 in I.A.Nos 4 & 5 of 2015 passed by the learned Senior Civil Jduge, Sompeta, Srikakulam District, is set aside and the trial court is directed to summon the list of witnesses viz., (1) Dumpala Jagannadha Rao (2) P. G. Raja Ratnam and

(3) K. Purnachandra Rao, for examination as witnesses on behalf of the petitioner/respondent in M.O.P.No. 14 of 2013. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
