COMMON ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Chintapalli Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 & 3 in all the writ petitions.

The grievance of the petitioners is that the 3rd respondent is not issuing applications in Form-5 to enable the petitioners to apply for Commission Agent Licence.

The 3rd respondent cannot refuse to give application forms to enable the persons to apply for grant of such licence, without assigning any reasons.

Therefore, all the writ petitions are disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to issue Form-5 applications to the petitioners forthwith, so as to enable them to submit the applications to respondent Nos.2 and 3 for obtaining Commission Agent Licence in Form-8. Such applications shall be considered in accordance with law by respondent Nos.2 and 3 within four weeks from the date of receipt thereof.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
