O R D E R

Keeping in view the averments made in the petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners/ A-3 and A-4 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed by the court of Metropolitan Sessions Judge - cum - I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam in Crl.M.P.No.3908/ 2016 dated 28.11.2016 while enlarging the petitioners/ A-3 and A-4 on bail; that the sureties shall furnish fixed deposit of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees fifty thousand only) each, is hereby relaxed. The other conditions imposed by the trial court shall remain unaltered.

The petition is accordingly allowed.
