Nemuri Mamatha v. The Osmania University
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD
FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AND THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE WRIT PETITION No. 14054 OF 2009 Date: 30.10.2015 Between:
Nemuri Mamatha ... Petitioner And The Osmania University, rep., by its Registrar, Hyderabad & others.
... Respondents
HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE WRIT PETITION No. 14054 OF 2009 ORDER:
None appears for the petitioner.
Sri Lakshmikanth, learned counsel holding for Sri Deepak Bhattacharjee, advocate on record for respondent No.1, submits that with the passage of time the writ petition has rendered infructuous. That seems to be the reason why no one is coming forward to work out this writ petition on merits. Hence, I am constrained to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ DILIP B. BHOSALE, ACJ Date: 30.10.2015 ES
