THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.804 of 2018 ORDER:

As can be seen from the material placed on record, with respect to the occupation of the panchayat land, petitioner submitted a representation to the District Collector, Kurnool, by marking copies to the Revenue Divisional Officer and the Mandal Revenue Officer. However, there seems to be no representation submitted to the Officer concerned of the Panchayat Raj Department.

In those circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate authority with relevant material. As and when the petitioner submits a representation, the authority concerned shall examine the same and take action in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
