Kuchipudi Satyanarayana v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM Writ Petition No.11640 of 2016 ORDER:
After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to raise all the contentions raised in the Writ Petition before the Enquiry Officer.
Inasmuch as what the learned counsel seeks is only an innocuous prayer of wanting to raise objections before the Enquiry Officer, none of the parties can have any objection with respect to the same.
Accordingly, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to raise the contentions raised in the writ petition before the Enquiry Officer, which shall be dealt in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
