From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that the investigation was completed, final report was filed before the concerned Magistrate and it was numbered as C.C.No.752 of 2022.
In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to challenge the very charge sheet itself.
Permission is accorded.
