Both Sri K.Gani Reddy and Sri G.Elisha, Learned Counsel for the petitioners, would submit that the subject matter of these Writ Petitions is covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.27195 of 2007 and batch dated 08.02.2010. Following the said order, and in terms thereof, these Writ Petitions are also disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
