Mohd.Himayath Ali v. Dana Kishore, Ias
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1038 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Special Government Pleader, attached to the Additional Advocate General, appearing on behalf of the respondents. The 2nd respondent is also present in the Court. Grudgingly or otherwise a sum of Rs.1,96,000/- has been paid to the petitioner though belatedly on 16.11.2015, some sort of an explanation, which otherwise appears to be plausible, has been offered for the delay. The learned Special Government Pleader would assure this Court that so far as the other benefits, which the petitioner is entitled to, the same will also be considered for being settled at the earliest, in accordance with law.
In that view of the matter, the notice issued in Form-I on 09.10.2015 shall stand discharged and the Contempt Case stands dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed. ________________________________ NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO, J NOVEMBER 20, 2015 YVL THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO
