O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner may be permitted to make representation to the District Collector and the same may be directed to be considered within a time frame. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this court considers the said request as reasonable.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make representation before the 2nd respondent - District Collector within a period of one weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any such representation is made, the same be considered and appropriate action be taken in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter. No order as to costs.
