When the matter was listed on 26.08.2015, it is brought to the notice of this Court that, Sri T. Jagdish, learned counsel for the appellants is no more and, hence, the Registry was directed to print the names of appellants in the cause list. When the matter appeared in the cause list on 10.09.2015, by printing the names of appellants, there was no representation and, hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 18.09.2015. Even today, despite listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the appellants.
