THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.28 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash F.I.R.No.267 of 2015 on the file of Zaheerabad Town Police Station, Medak District. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police already filed charge sheet in the said case and the same was numbered as C.C.No.592 of 2015 and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
