HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1299 of 2017 ORDER :

Aggrieved by the order dated 20.03.2017 in Criminal Appeal No.719 of 2016 passed by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, wherein the learned Judge confirmed the order dated 24.08.2016 in Crl.MP.No.707 of 2016 in D.V.C.No.5 of 2016 passed by the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, filed under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, to grant interim maintenance to respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein, this revision is filed by the husband. Heard before admission and notice to respondents and perused the impugned order.

There is nothing to interfere with the interim maintenance awarded by the lower Court at Rs.10,000/ - p.m. and Rs.5,000/ - p.m. to respondent Nos.2 and 3 respectively, but for, granting time to pay arrears of maintenance.

Having regard to the above, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of, directing the lower Court to dispose of D.V.C. within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this

order. Three months time is granted to pay arrears of maintenance in three equal instalments from the date of receipt of copy of this order and any payment made in the mean time, has to be adjusted after the final decision in D.V.C.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
