HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.657 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 18.01.2012 in I.A.No.150 of 2004 in I.A.No.547 of 2002 in O.S.No.223 of 2001 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chodavaram, Visakhapatnam District.

As per office note, a decree was passed in O.S.No.223 of 2001 on 26.12.2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous.

In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
