Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.3 on the petitioner's mee-seva application No.MU011602667068 in Form6A, dated 06.08.2016 submitted for granting pattadar pass book and title deed and also mutate the name of the petitioner in all online web land revenue records being maintained by respondent No.3 for agricultural landed property admeasuring Ac.0.33 cents covered by Survey No.167/ 5 of Puretipalli Revenue Village in Gudlur Mandal of Prakasam District, as illegal and arbitrary'. 4.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the application made by the petitioner in Form-6A for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar-respondent No.3 to consider the application made by the petitioner vide No.MU011602667068 in Form-6A, dated 06.08.2016, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
