Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction on the part of the respondent in not issuing corrected memorandum of marks for B.A. and M.A courses and corrected degrees, as arbitrary and illegal.

In the marks memorandum of B.A., and M.A., the name of the petitioner was wrongly mentioned and correction was needed. Thereafter, after paying requisite fee for issuance of corrected marks memorandum, the petitioner made a representation dated 9.12.2013 to the second respondent So far, the corrected marks memorandum has not been issued to the petitioner. This, according to her, is very much essential for pursuing her higher studies. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 9.12.2013 made by the petitioner whereunder she sought issuance of corrected marks memorandum. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
