This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not issuing new digitalized pattedar pass books and title deeds to the petitioner in respect of land in Sy.No.148/44 to an extent of Ac.5.00 guntas, situated at Kallakal Village, Toopran Mandal, Medak District and for a consequential direction to the respondents to rectify the entries in the revenue records in respect of the aforesaid land.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made representation to the 3rd respondent on 02.05.2019 in respect of his grievance for grant of pattedar pass book, but, till date, the same is not disposed of. He also submits that the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dt.02.05.2019. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue who submits that the competent authority will look into the representation of the petitioner and take action accordingly. In view of the same, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dt.02.05.2019 and take action in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
