Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed therein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No. 147 of 2017 on the file of Kadam Police Station, Nirmal District;

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Lakkadi Dayaker Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Additional Public Prosecutor(TS) on behalf of Respondent-State, the Court made the following ORDER :- "This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/Accused under Section 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking to grant bail to the petitioners, who are A-1 to A-3 in Crime No.147 of 2017 of Kadam Police Station, Nirmal district. [Adilbad district], registered for the offences punishable under section 29 [b] of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the case of the prosecution, total 120 ganja plants were found in the lands of the petitioners/A1 to A-3. It is also submitted that the petitioners are in jail since 27/11/2017.

4. Considering the fact that material part of the investigation is completed and only charge sheet has to be filed.

5. In the circumstances, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioners/A-1 to A-3 are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for Rs.20,000=00 [Rs. Twenty Thousand only] with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nirmal, Nirmal district [Adilabad district].

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed."
