Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and in the absence of any instructions by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents in spite of granting time on 19.01.2018, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the basis of averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition. 2.

It is the case of the first petitioner that he is the owner and possessor of lands to an extent of Acs.0-31, 1.21, 1.69, 0.08 and 0.11 cents in Survey Nos.339/9, 368, 371/1, 393/7 and 404/12 respectively apart from other properties situated in Kosali Revenue Village, Bhamini Mandal, Srikakulam District. Similarly, the second petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac.6.50 cents situated in Survey No.440 of the same Village. The said properties were bequeathed by one Appalanaidu under unregistered Will, dated 01.11.1976 to the first petitioner. The second petitioner has succeeded to the properties from his ancestors.

The rights of the petitioners were recognized by respondents 3 and 4 and pattadar passbooks and title deeds were issued in their favour and their names were also updated in pattadar pass books, 1-B (ROR) and Adangal pahanies being maintained by the respondents. When the petitioners down loaded a copy, they came to know that some survey numbers were not digitally signed and the petitioners submitted a representation on 16.08.2017 to update the survey numbers and digitalization of signatures. Though the fourth respondent updated the revenue records, has not signed registered digitally, which resulted in filing the present Writ Petition. 3.

The first petitioner states that he filed a suit for permanent injunction against third parties and the same is pending. The

suit. In those circumstances, he filed the present Writ Petition. 4.

As stated above, in spite of giving opportunity to the fourth respondent, the fourth respondent had not given instructions. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to verify the records and digitally sign the records in order to enable the petitioners to take further steps in accordance with law. If the fourth respondent has any objection for digital signatures, he shall inform the same to the petitioners by writing giving reasons in support of the same, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
