JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellant Sri N.Mohan Krishna submits that the matter is settled out of the Court and therefore sought for withdrawal of the appeal. It is further submitted that he has addressed a letter to the Registrar (Judicial) to that effect and copy of the letter has been filed.

Since, the appeal has been preferred by the appellant Insurance company and as the matter is said to have been settled out of Court, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the appeal. 3.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
