This writ petition is filed questioning action of the respondents in interfering in the pending case proceedings in FCOP No.154 of 2019 before the Judge, Family court, Warangal, and other criminal cases and threatening the petitioner for meeting illegal demands by abusing the powers vested in their hands, as being illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 08.01.2020, submits that based on the complaint of the 9th respondent in the writ petition, a case was registered against the petitioner and others in Crime No.64 of 2019 under Sections 498-A and 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act on the file of the Women Police Station, Warangal. It is further stated that, upon registration of the said crime, the matter was enquired into and after completion of investigation, a charge sheet was filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal, on 31.07.2019, and the case is numbered as C.C.No.2488 of 2019 and the same is pending trial. 4.

Since by the said written instructions, it is stated that a charge sheet has already been filed and the case is numbered as CC, as stated supra, it is open for the petitioner to approach the concerned and avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

Subject to the above observation, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
