HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.88 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present civil revision petition is directed against the docket order dated 08.12.2017 of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ananthapuramu, in I.A.No.556 of 2017 in O.S.No.230 of 2017, wherein the learned Judge, instead of pronouncing the orders, since the same was reserved for orders on 25.10.2017, suo-motu reopened the I.A.

Perused the record and it is not necessary for this Court to elaborately deal with the merits of the matter, except to sensitize the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge of the judgment of this Court in CRP.No.3673 of 2017, dated 03.11.2017, wherein this Court had deprecated the practice of reopening the matter once it is reserved for orders. In that view of the matter, learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ananthapuramu, shall pass necessary orders by the next date of hearing, especially considering the fact that the I.A. was filed with respect to injunction. Copy of this order be communicated to the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ananthapuramu, for taking necessary action.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is allowed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed as a consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
