THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 1384 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.1 and 4 in not registering a crime in spite of the complaint given by the petitioner on 08.12.2016. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that Crime No.16 of 2017 was registered on the file of Tappachabutra Police Station, Hyderabad on 23.01.2017 and investigation is under progress.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
