HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.12817 of 2005 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioners are challenging the transfer orders and the age of the petitioners 1 and 2 was 56 and 57 years, respectively, at the time of filing the present writ petition.

This Court is of the considered view that as of now the petitioners must have retired from service and, therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
