CVNR,J & TR,J F.C.A.No.95 of 2009 01.03.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal is filed assailing order and decree, dated 30.01.2009, in O.P.No.156 of 2005 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Visakhapatnam.

By order, dated 30.01.2017, this Court has referred the dispute to the Lok Adalat for an out of Court settlement. The Lok Adalat held at Hyderabad has passed an award, dated 11.02.2017, based on the settlement of the dispute between the parties, as per which, both the parties have decided to reunite. Following the same, the Lok Adalat has indicated in the award that F.C.A. may be dismissed as infructuous. 3.

In view of the aforementioned Lok Adalat award, this Family Court Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order, dated 01.06.2009, in F.C.A.M.P.No.189 of 2009 is vacated and F.C.A.M.P.No.189 of 2009 filed by the appellant for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
