HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.706 of 2020 ORDER :

The case of the petitioner that she is the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.1-24 guntas in Sy.No.405/A situated at Patancheru Village and Mandal, Medak District (Now Sanga Reddy District) having purchased the same under registered sale deed bearing document No.28742/2006, dated 28-11-2006 and when she made an application for mutation of his name, the Thashildar issued proceedings No.B/6759/2010, dated 15-06-2011 stating that her vendors name mutated only to an extent of Ac.0-39 guntas and directed her to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO), Sanga Reddy. The RDO issued proceedings in A3/299/2011, dated 24-08-2012 in favour of the petitioner but the same is not being implemented. As such, the petitioner filed representation on 17-09-2018 and 20-08-2019 before the 4th respondent.

As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. A reading of proceedings in A3/299/2011, dated 2408-2012 goes to show that the RDO issued proceedings in favour of the petitioner and directed the Tahsildar to take action to mutate the name of the petitioner as per ROR Act and Rules.

In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the representations of the petitioner stated supra and take action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
