HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.21208 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent on 06.02.2017 under Section 8 of the A.P. Agricultural Land Conversion for Non-agricultural Purposes Act, 2006. Now the petitioner is complaining the inaction in considering and disposing of the said appeal by filing the instant writ petition.

2. The inaction complained with mere expiry of four months, in the considered view of this court, in particular fact situation, this writ petition cannot be considered, much less any direction be issued. Since the petitioner has filed a petition for fixing the early date, the District Collector is under obligation to take up the petition and pass appropriate orders.

3. With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. ____________ S.V.BHATT, J Date: 29.06.2017 BSS
