This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act assailing the judgment and award dated 03.03.2006 passed in M.V.O.P.No.832 of 2002 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-VII Additional District Judge (FTC), Vijayawada.

The appeal is dismissed against the owner and driver of the crime vehicle on 24.03.2017 for non-payment of process to respondents 1 and 2. No steps were taken so far. Hence, the appeal is not maintainable as the same was already dismissed against the owner and driver of the vehicle. No purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending. 3.
