THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.17706 OF 2005 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the impugned action of the 1st respondent in issuing proceedings No.A1/190/05, dated 03-06-2005 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently set aside the same and direct the 1st respondent to appoint the petitioner as Anganwadi Worker.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing this writ petition has become infructuous.
