HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2568 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.21.11.2012 in I.A.No.1443 of 2012 in O.S.No.1697 of 2004 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar whereby an application filed under Order XIII Rule 8 of CPC was dismissed.

As there was no stay pending during the pendency of the revision petition, the suit itself was disposed of on 25.06.2013 by the trial Court. Therefore, nothing remained for adjudication in this revision. Hence, the petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
