Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 3 herein in not taking any action on the complaint/ representation of the petitioner dated: 31.10.2019 made against the illegal and huge unauthorized constructions of sheds/ buildings by way of encroaching into public road, being carried out by the respondents 4 to 6 over part of land under sy.no.

366, situated at Khanajiguda Village Hamlet of Alwal, Ranga Reddy District, that too without obtaining any valid construction permission from the respondent-Corporation, as illegal, arbitrary and against the provisions under Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and the made rules made thereunder, and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the complaint/ representation of the petitioner dated: 31.10.2019 and take immediate necessary action as per law, and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

The learned standing counsel informs this Court that the representation dated 31.10.2019 submitted by the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed, as expeditiously as possible.

Taking the said submission into account, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Deputy Commissioner - respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
