HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA M.A.C.M.A. No.5403 of 2008 JUDGMENT:

The instant appeal has been settled between the parties before the Lok-Adalat, organized by the High Court Legal Services Committee, and award dated 06-12-2014 was passed and the same is placed on record.

Therefore, the appeal is disposed of, in terms of the award passed by the Lok-Adalat granting a sum of Rs.11,72,000/- (Rupees eleven lakhs and seventy two thousand only) towards compensation. The award shall form part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the appeal, stand disposed of.
