O R D E R:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice G. Chandraiah) The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition is squarely covered by the Common Order dated 06.07.2009 in W.P.No. 18478 of 2004 and batch whereby this Court disposed of all the cases.

In view of the above submission and following the Common Order dated 06.07.2009 in W.P.No. 18478 of 2004 and batch the present writ petition is disposed of in the same terms as observed therein. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
