These two Writ Petitions are being disposed of by way of common order as the issue raised in these two Writ Petitions is one and the same.

The petitioner in both these Writ Petitions is the Telangana Sanghika Sankshema Gurukula Patashala Contract Upadhyayula Sangam which is a registered association. The petitioner-association submits that the members of petitionerassociation are employees of the respondents and they are working as trained graduate teachers, post graduate teachers and other categories on contract basis. The petitioner-association further submits that its members are discharging their duties for more than two decades, but the respondents are not considering their cases for regularization. The grievance of the petitioner-association is that the respondent Nos.2 and 3, in fact, had recommended the cases of the members of the petitioner-association to the 1st respondent for regularizing their services vide proceedings dated 16-05-2016 and 01-03-2017 but the 1st respondent has not passed any orders on the said proposals submitted by the respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-association submitted that when a similar issue arose for consideration before this Court in W.P.No.38758 of 2018, this Court vide orders dated 31-01-2019 was pleased to dispose of the said Writ Petition directing the 1st respondent to consider the proposals submitted by the respondent Nos.2 to 4 therein and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and therefore a similar direction be issued in the present Writ Petitions also.

Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 as well as the learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent have also not disputed about the said fact and submitted that these Writ Petitions also be disposed of terms of W.P.No.38758 of 2018 dated 31-01-2019.

This Court, having regard to the submissions made by the parties, is of the considered view that these Writ Petitions can be disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to consider the proposals for regularization of the services of the employees of petitionerassociation submitted by the respondent Nos.1 and 2 on 16-05-2016 and 01-03-2017 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, both the Writ Petition are disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
