This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking a direction to the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, to dispose of CC (SR) No.1450 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, to dispose of CC (SR) No.1450 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from today.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
