This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of 3rd respondent in refusing to register the document filed by the petitioner in respect of land bearing plot Nos 81, 82, 83, 92 93 and 94 total admeasuring 1200 square yards in sy.No.19/47/part, situated at Ashok Nagar, Ammapally Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District without reference to notification dated 26-09-2013 issued by the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of WP.No.26118 of 2019, dated 27-11-2019. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of aforesaid order in WP.No.26118 of 2019, dated 27-11-2019. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
