With the passage of time, the petitioners seem to have lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and hence nobody is coming forward to work it out. In the circumstances, I am constrained to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
